PAYMENT POLICY
All product payments are due upon receipt. If a payment is not received or payment method is declined, the buyer forfeits the ownership of any items purchased. If no payment is received, no items will be posted or shipped. All online treatment payments are due at least 24 hours prior to that treatment. In the event that you miss your treatment payment, reminders are sent, then please bring cash to you treatment.
CANCELLATION POLICY
In the event that you should need to cancel/reschedule your appointment booking, please do at least 24hours before your appointment booking is due to start. Should you need to cancel after this 24 hour period, whilst we care and hope that everything is ok, a charge will need to be made, but this will only be 50% of your treatment cost, with the other 50% going towards the cost of your next treatment.
Should we need to rearrange or in the very rare event, cancel we will endeavour to in the same good grace, and reschedule your appointment at your earliest convenience, even when this is outside of our usual opening hours.
REFUND/RETURN POLICY
If you have a valid complaint regarding a product purchased on our website, or through us, you are entitled to be refunded or the product be returned. If an item is damaged during shipping, a replacement item will be sent free of charge, stock permitting, and photographs will need to be provided of any damage. If an item is unsatisfactory, a written explanation is needed before the item may be considered for a refund. Buyer must take into account the description of the item before requesting a refund. If the item matches the description by the seller and the buyer is unsatisfied, seller is not responsible for refund. Exchanges are granted on a case-by-case basis.
Packages
Personalised Packages are offered to help you achieve a desired goal, prepare for an event, prioritise your care and well being, or to create as a gift for a loved one.
Payments - Payments can be made through the online payment system or via direct bank transfer. Once full payment has been received your products will be ordered and appointments scheduled.
The clients ability to make upfront payment determines the discount, if upfront payment is not possible then the client must pay as they go without discount.
Payments of packages are non refundable.
Appointments - Appointments are made in advance in order for your results to progress in the way intended. Should you need to change an appointment the best efforts will be made to do so for you with as little disruption to your skins healing and results as possible, but this cannot be guaranteed, therefore rescheduling is discouraged. Should Alison need to reschedule an appointment this will only ever be in extreme circumstances and the largest notice period window possible will always be given, along with a suitable alternative appointment.
Acne & Hormonal changes - The Skindyllic Approach by Alison Harpin at The Beauty Cabin (as well as off site) is a fully holistic approach, helping you to understand how to best treat your skin on a personal level. All skins can have moments of unpredictability, meaning no guarantees can be made but with that continued communication and support navigation of breakouts and flare ups are aimed to be minimised and clarification around causes as well as relief will be given.
If during your package you should experience hormonal changes such as (but not limited to) during teenage years, pregnancy, peri menopause, menopause, changes in birth control methods, you will more than likely experience unpredictable changes within your skin, Alison Harpin, The Beauty Cabin and The Skindyllic Approach cannot be held responsible for this or guarantee results, but aim to aid you in navigation of breakouts and other symptoms in order to achieve happy and healthy skin.
Please ensure you inform Alison of any hormonal changes you may experience prior to or throughout you package as well as of any medication or changes in medication or medical conditions, and any known allergies you may have, as this may significantly change the care your skin requires.
Products - Every care is taken to choose the most suitable products for you personally throughout your package, you may however, due to skin changes and progression, occasionally need to update your products within the package timeframe. Alison will always endeavor to keep this to a minimum as well as within the most affordable price bracket. Samples are often given but not guaranteed.
CHANGES TO THIS AGREEMENT
The Beauty Cabin reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We do so by posting and drawing attention to the updated terms on the Site. Your decision to continue to visit and make use of the Site after such changes have been made constitutes your formal acceptance of the new Terms of Service. Therefore, we ask that you check and review this Agreement for such changes on an occasional basis. If you disagree with any of our policies of this Agreement or any changes we make to this Agreement, we ask and advise that you do not use or continue to access the The Beauty Cabin site immediately.
LINKS TO OTHER WEBSITES
Our Site does contain a number of links to other websites and online resources that are not owned or controlled by The Beauty Cabin.
The Beauty Cabin has no control over, and therefore cannot assume responsibility for, the content or general practices of any of these third party sites and/or services. Therefore, we strongly advise you to read the entire terms and conditions and privacy policy of any site that you visit as a result of following a link that is posted on our site.
BRIDAL BOOKINGS POLICY
At The Beauty Cabin, we understand that when you are creating your perfect day, you want to get the important things booked in well in advance, with this in mind we open up our books for our Brides to arrange there appointments a full 18 months in advance, to make a booking please use our 'Contact' page, that way we can discuss any special requests you may have as well as access the weekend appointments book for your, should you need that facility. You can also use our online payment facility to pay upfront for your booking, leave a deposit, or pay in instalments with amounts paid by certain dates selected by you, all we request is that your payment be complete by the time your Trial make up booking arrives.
The Beauty Cabin and Desire will only ever take one Bridal Party booking per day to ensure we can give you are full undivided attention on the day it matters the most.
POSTAGE AND SHIPPING POLICY
Postage and Packaging/Shipping will be paid for by the buyer in the amount agreed upon by the seller at the time of purchase. If an item is lost during shipping, the total cost of item, including shipping, will be refunded to the buyer by the seller or a new item sent. Shipping costs may double if shipping internationally. If an item is damaged during shipping, seller will not be held responsible.
PURCHASE CANCELLATION
An item may be cancelled up until payment has been processed. Once payment has been processed, the buyer is responsible for payment.

Any complaints about items or sellers may be sent to alison@thebeautycabinsussex.co.uk There is no guarantee of a resolution. Each case will be looked at individually, and we will contact you directly.
Every care is take to bring you treatments and products from a safe space with the highest standards of hygiene. Please let us know if you ever have any concerns or adverse reactions so we can advise you, direct any concerns or questions to alison@thebeautycabinsussex.co.uk That said we are not responsible for any health or safety concerns once the buyer has received the item. If any harm is incurred from the items purchased by the buyer, the seller shares no responsibility. These terms and conditions are subject to change.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Site and all of its original content are the sole property of The Beauty Cabin and Alison Harpin and are, as such, fully protected by the appropriate international copyright and other intellectual property rights laws.
TERMINATION
The Beauty Cabin reserves the right to terminate your access to the Site, without any advance notice.
