A: Bookings can be made through our useful online booking feature, just head to the Treatment Menu page, and click 'Book Now by any treatment you wish.


Q: What if I have a special request?

A: We love to hear from you so just pop your request in a message to us using the 'Contact' page.


Q: Can I book for a whole day of treatments at The Beauty Cabin?

A: Of course! We love to give our clients a full day experience. We include a light lunch and a few cheeky bubbles with your treatments, view our 'Day Retreat Packages' here.  Want to create your own? Send us over a message on our 'Contact' page and we'll arrange, with you, a bespoke package.


Q: What Treatments do you offer at The Beauty Cabin?

A: Head on over to our 'Treatment Menu' page to choose your favourite treatment from our sumptuous array. You can also click the 'Book Now' feature there too!


Q: Do I need to bring anything with me to my treatment?

A: Some treatments such as tanning, will require you to wear loose dark clothing home after your treatment, or pedicures using original polish, you will need to bring a pair of flip flops to wear home. Also, if you are a contact lens wearer some treatments, such as lash extensions or tinting, may be more comfortable with your contact lenses removed, stored and replaced after your treatment, other than that, just bring yourself and let us do the rest whilst you relax.


Q: Don't I need to bring money with me?

A: We have a fantastic Online payment system in place for you to pay for your treatments, gift vouchers, or products online, here when you book your treatment, you can also book, and defer payment, so long as payment is made at least 24 hours before your treatment.


Q: What happens if I have forgotten to pay online?

A: You will receive a booking reminder, via text and email, 24hours prior to you treatment, but should you forget, then please bring cash to your treatment.


Q: Where can I park my car?

A: There is a parking space reserved for you during your treatment and you will be sent details of this in your booking confirmation email.


Q: Can I bring my child to The Beauty Cabin?

A: The Beauty Cabin is exclusively yours for the duration of your treatment, so if you need to bring your child with your to your treatment, that's no problem at all, although we would rather, for relaxing treatments, you give yourself the time to fully relax and let yourself have some attention.
