The Foundational Sessions
Our foundational sessions are here to settle you into a new mindset.
The Skindyllic Approach opens up seasonal living for everyone, at every age and life stage.
A few hours at each season change to listen and learn, move and be still, hydrate, nourish, rest and rejuvenate, make new friends and meet new needs.
Aim to complete your Foundational Session of the current season first before enjoying the additional Skindyllic Self Sessions.
Your Skindyllic Self Sessions
As you build and create your Skindyllic Self across the seasons and life stages, these complimentary sessions provide fun ways to practice together and support our overall needs of skin and self.
These sessions compliment your Foundational Sessions, and bring in new ways to take care of you in a world full of demands. Weaving in small changes for bigger impact.

Skindyllic Sessions x Michaela Sargeant - Slumber Party - Bringing you a sumptuous two hours to wind down at Hotel Chocolat’s Velvetiser Cafe in Horsham. Angelic Reiki
Learn & be attuned at Levels 1& 2
Two to Three immersive days where you will learn and become attuned to Angelic Reiki levels 1 & 2. These levels will introduce you to this beautiful healing modality, and guide you in working with the Angelic Realm, to enjoy as self healing as well as being an energetic channel to give healing to others.
Angelic Reiki as a powerful tool in self development and self support, tools much needed in order to maintain balance in todays world.
You are welcomed to bring along blankets, pillows, mats to lay on for meditations and attunements, as well as your own light lunch and snacks to enjoy and keep you grounded throughout your learning.

Angelic Reiki
Learn & be attuned at Levels 3 & 4
The next levels in your Angelic Reiki learning and attunement. Another two to three blissful days of powerful self connection, guided meditations and learning to deliver additional healing methods at a Master level.
You must have completed Angelic Reiki levels 1& 2 before joining the levels 3 & 4 course. If you have trained with a different Reiki Master for your Angelic Reiki 1 & 2 you will need to provide your certificates in advance of the Angelic Reiki levels 3 & 4 course with me.
You are welcomed to bring along any blankets, pillows, mats to lay on for attunements, for your comfort, as well as a light lunch and snacks to keep you grounded throughout your learning.

The Radiant Self Workshop
Saturday 16th March 2024
Between 2-4pm You will enjoy a gentle spring awakening yoga class, an introduction to elements of my upcoming book The Skindyllic Approach, including knowledge of Ayurveda & Temperature Therapies & how best to personalise these for yourself at home. You will also enjoy an extended Savasana with massage & essential oils to reflect the season.

The Beauty Cabin Retreats on Location
One of our beautiful past Retreats on Location. We enjoyed a dream few days in the beautiful Sussex town of Arun. The Revive Retreat sat right on the beach. Our dream is to create spaces where you can give yourself permission to go within, reflect and rediscover who you are at your core, so you that you Reawaken Your Inner Power and Realign to Your True Needs. Our Retreat included all meals and plenty of relaxing beauty treatments to enhance everyone’s experience.
