Your Gua Sha Ritual...

• Start with a clean dry face and prep your skin with your favourite facial oil or serum (please use the contact page if you need any help choosing a serum or oil, or check out our Temple Spa products using the link on our Skindyllic Living Shop) 

Use a medium to light pressure throughout your Ritual...

• Using the top part of your heart shaped tool place onto your jawline and run along your from your chin draining towards your ear. (You have a lymph node here that collects any nasty toxins so your amazing body can collect them and eliminate them from your system) repeat on each side of your face as needed.

• Moving up your face, using the side of your heart shaped tool, draw upwards from your jawline, to under your cheekbones, continue along your whole jawline, and repeat on both sides of your face as necessary.

• Using the side of your heart shaped tool again, run along each of your cheeks from the edge of your lips, draining towards your ear, and repeat as necessary.

• Now take the top of your heart shaped tool again and run along you cheek bones from the sides of your nose, draining towards your temple (take care of your pressure at your temples, as they are a sensitive area)

• To finish, take the side of your heart shaped tool to treat your forehead by gently drawing the side of your tool upwards from your brow to your hairline, repeat all the way across your forehead as necessary, and finish by taking the side of your tool to the Centre of your forehead and drain gently towards your temple, and repeat on both sides, using a total of three sweeps per side of your forehead.

Feel empowered as you become more confident using you Gua Sha tool and use to treat you neck and décolleté too. 

Again applying you favourite oil or serum, glide the side of you heart shaped tool gently from your collar bone up towards your ears on each side of your neck and repeat as necessary. 

For your décolleté take the side of your heart shaped tool and gently draw outwards from your breast bone at the centre of your ribcage towards your underarm. (Where you have another clever lymph node that can collect the toxins ready for your body to expel)
